Confession
Okay, so I got a confession to make. Today was the first time I tried sheesha. Though I don’t smoke and I never will, I just tried it. Anyways, one of my senior, who happened to know the boss of the bar, brought me and one of friend to this quite cool place, somewhere in bugis. The place was not filled with “mats” and wasn’t rowdy at all. Instead, the people who patronize the place were all kinds of race, from chinese, to causian, to indians, to french. It was really a good place for people to just hang out, sheesha if they want, and just have some time talking to each other. At least you can hear each other talking unlike some other places where you would have to scream at the top of your voice to talk to your friends. The flavor that I tried was quite unique, peach + strawberry + mint, a special mix by the boss for my senior. To me, I didn’t really felt anything, cos I don’t smoke so I don’t really know whats the difference, it was just a gust of flavored air going into my lungs.
Had a great time there, catching up with with that senior of mine and my other friend.
My principle still holds, and that is I will never smoke. =)
